Lille identifying January targets

Ligue 1 champions Lille are looking to add another striker in January, L’Equipe has revealed.

Les Dogues were unlucky to be eliminated from Europe after the goalless draw with Trabzonspor, but they are, nonetheless, eager to reinforce the squad in January.

With Tulio de Melo sidelined with injury and Moussa Sow set to miss the start of the second part of the season due to his involvement in African Cup of Nations, coach Rudi Garcia wants to sign a new striker.

Young Boys striker Emmanuel Mayuka is one of the targets and the 21-year-old is valued at €5 million.

Top scorer of Ligue 2 last season, Sebastian Ribas is another option, after he failed to leave his mark at Genoa.

Les Dogues are also keen on Brest forward Nolan Roux, whose release clause stands at €7 million.
