Sporting Braga forward Eder could be the subject of a fresh assault from French giants Lille, according to Record.
Les Dogues are in desperate need of attacking reinforcements and having failed to address the issue in the winter, they aim to make things right at the end of the season.
After missing out on Serbian forward Petar Skuletic, Lille have turned their attention back towards Sporting Braga’s Eder.
The Ligue 1 side are expected to come forward with a new bid in the coming months, and chances are the Portuguese club will seriously consider any proposal considering that the 27-year-old is no longer regarded as an indispensable member of the squad at Estadio AXA.
Eder, who only managed 6 goals in 25 league outings this season, took part in all three Portugal’s Euro 2016 qualifiers, and has kept his place in Fernando Santos’ squad for matches against Serbia and Cape Verde Islands.
