Argentina beat Panama 2-0 in Buenos Aires in their friendly clash. It took 78 minutes for the world champions to beat down the visitors’ resistance, when Lionel Messi hit the frame of the goal with a lovely free-kick and Thiago Almada slammed the rebound into the net.
Messi did just a little bit better from another free-kick 11 minutes later, scoring this beauty as the 800th goal in his career.
