Lionel Messi’s brilliant run and crafty goal as Barcelona triumph over Athletic Bilbao in Copa del Rey final (Video)

Barcelona demolished Athletic Bilbao in the Copa del Rey final by 4-0 on Saturday, courtesy of Antoine Griezmann, Frenkie de Jong, and Lionel Messi who struck twice. All the goals came in a 12-minute period starting on the hour-mark.

The third, Messi’s first on the evening, was a great example of the Argentinian’s long-standing brilliance on a football pitch. De Jong should also get credit for the understanding of Messi’s movement he showed here.
