Liverpool travel to Ewood Park to face Championship side Blackburn Rovers tonight in the FA Cup quarter-final replay. The Reds were held to a draw at Anfield, and come into this evening’s clash off the back of consecutive Premier League defeats.

Manager Brendan Rodgers admitted his season would be a failure if the Merseysiders were now eliminated from the cup, and is desperate to come away with some success after their Premier League disappointment.

Blackburn won’t be easy, however. Gary Bowyer’s side have won four of their last six games, but have only won just once at home in their previous five, so Liverpool will be confidence of getting a result. A place in the semi-finals against Aston Villa at Wembley awaits the two sides, which will be deemed as a winnable clash, so it’s all to play for tonight.

Liverpool’s away for, had been good prior to their recent defeats, and Rodgers’ men have still won five of their last seven games on the road in the league. As a result, Coral are giving odds of 1/3 for Liverpool to beat Blackburn by any means, be it extra time or penalties.
