Competition: Europa League
Market: Liverpool to in against Rubin Kazan
Odds: 13/15 @ 888 Sport

Liverpool travel to the Kazan Arena to face Russian Premier League side Rubin Kazan in the Europa League on Thursday night, and hoping to finally end their wait for a win in the competition to boost their chances of qualifying for the next round. Coming off the back of a win, Liverpool are in better shape to come out on top in Russia to a Rubin side who have struggled in Group B this season.

Rubin Kazan are third in the table with just two points from a possible nine. The Russian outfit have scored only one goal in their last two European matches, and are also hoping to pick up their first win in the Europa League this season. However, such poor form will give Liverpool confidence of ending their winless run in the group with the Merseysiders having impressively beaten Chelsea in their last game.

In Group B, Liverpool have drawn all three of their games this campaign to a 1-1 scoreline, struggling with goals as well as an inability for their defence to keep a clean sheet. Their victory against Chelsea proves they have goals in their locker, and with new manager Jurgen Klopp expected to start Christian Benteke to lead the line, Liverpool should finally have an end product in attack.

The Belgian scored against Chelsea to seal an impressive win at Stamford Bridge, and could be key against Rubin Kazan given his four goals scored in six Premier League starts. Liverpool are favourites to come out on top, and should finally deliver given their new-found confidence.
