Liverpool agree personal terms with Thomas Lemar

Premier League giants Liverpool reportedly have an agreement in place with Monaco playmaker Thomas Lemar, according to Yahoo Sport.

The Reds believe the Frenchman would be an excellent replacement for Philippe Coutinho and they seem to have persuaded the player to move to Anfield.

However, Liverpool are not prepared to match Monaco’s €100 million asking price and hope they can secure a discount.

Meanwhile, even though head coach Leonardo Jardim admitted Lemar could leave, the Principality club want to wait until after the 2018 World Cup finals before cashing in on their star player.

Liverpool are also looking at Gremio forward Luan, who is heavily linked with a move to European football.
