Liverpool and Everton eye Michael Olise

Liverpool and Everton are among the clubs interested in signing Michael Olise from Reading, according to TEAMtalk. It has been reported that the 18-year-old has already been tracked by Arsenal, Leeds United and Wolverhampton Wanderers, and now Merseyside rivals Liverpool and Everton have joined the race for the youngster.

Chelsea and Manchester City have also watched the teenager closely in recent weeks. Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig, Monaco and Napoli have reportedly shown interest in Olise as well, and it seems that Reading could struggle to keep hold of him beyond the January transfer window.

Olise is a very talented and promising young player who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger. According to WhoScored, the France Under-18 international has made eight starts and one substitute appearance in the Championship for Reading so far this season, scoring two goals and providing three assists in the process.
