Liverpool and Manchester United are interested in Leicester City winger Harvey Barnes, according to The Mirror. However, according to the report, Leicester are in advanced talks with the winger, and want to tie him down to a long-term deal and fend off interest from the Reds and the Red Devils.
Barnes has been on the books of Leicester since 2007 and has developed through the ranks and is now a key figure in the first team. Loan spells at Milton Keynes Dons, Barnsley and West Bromwich Albion helped in the development of the 23-year-old.
According to WhoScored, Barnes has made 22 starts and three substitute appearances in the Premier League for Leicester so far this season, scoring nine goals and providing four assists in the process. The 23-year-old has also made five starts and three substitute appearances in the Europa League for the Foxes this season, scoring three goals in the process, according to WhoScored,
