Liverpool are ready to step up their interest in Roma winger Mohamed Salah, according to the Mail Online.
The Merseyside outfit are lining up a list of transfer targets and Egyptian international Salah is on that list as they look for a forward with pace to strengthen their front line.
The twenty-four year old was previously a target for the Reds when they were managed by Brendan Rodgers, but missed out as he opted to sign for Chelsea.
However, he made just nineteen appearances for the Blues before he was shipped out on loan, first to Fiorentina and then to Roma, who he signed for permanently last summer.
In total he has made eighty appearances for Luciano Spalletti’s side in all competitions, scoring thirty-two goals while he was named Player of the Season last year.
Internationally, he has been capped fifty-two times for his country, scoring twenty-nine goals and helped his side reach the final of the Africa Cup of Nations, where they lost to Cameroon in February this year.
