Liverpool are lining up summer swoop for AS Roma winger Adem Ljajic, reports Italian newspaper Il Tempo.
The Reds are in the market for attacking reinforcements and they have identified the Serbia international as one of the players who can increase competition for places at Anfield.
According to Il Tempo, Liverpool are set to step up their interest in the forward and offer around €10 million for his services.
Adem Ljajic came through the youth ranks at Partizan Belgrade and he only moved to Italy after his agreement to join Manchester United had been cancelled by the Premier League club.
The 22-year-old joined Roma in the summer after spending three and a half years at Fiorentina, but he hasn’t quite managed to nail down a regular starting berth at Stadio Olimpico.
Ljajic went on to make 21 Serie A appearances for the club and managed 5 goals and 3 assists in the process.
