Catalan media outlet El Mundo Deportivo claims that Liverpool might be ready to cash in on Philippe Coutinho in January.
It is no secret that the Brazilian is a top target for Barcelona, who couldn’t find an agreement with the Reds in the summer window.
However, despite the fact that Coutinho would not be able to represent them in the Champions League knockout stages, the Catalans are ready to make their move in January.
According to El Mundo Deportivo, the attacking midfielder was promised he would be sold in January, although Barcelona still need to find an agreement with Liverpool.
Coutinho, 25, was drafted into the squad after missing the start of the season and he contributed 2 goals and 1 assist in three Premier League outings.
