Premier League leaders Chelsea are thought to be planning a major overhaul this summer and one of the players believed to be looking towards the exit door is Cesc Fabregas.
Former Arsenal captain has big competition for places in Nemanja Matic and PFA Player of the Year N’Golo Kante and has this season managed only 10 starts in the Premier League.
Fabregas is thought to be looking for a solution to his limited playing time and a possible summer move is on the cards for the player wanted by AC Milan, Inter Milan, several Chinese outlets but also Manchester United and Liverpool.
Daily Star has learned that Jose Mourinho’s efforts to reunite with the player he brought to Chelsea in the first place have been given a blow with Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp prepared to open a tug of war for the Spanish international.
Fabregas is under contract with Chelsea until 2019 and a price of £25 million has been mentioned in terms of a possible transfer away from Stamford Bridge.
