Liverpool eye Jonathan Ikone, Lille want €40m

Liverpool are interested in signing Jonathan Ikone from Lille in the summer transfer window, according to Anfield Central. The report has claimed that the Premier League giants believe that they can get the 23-year-old attacker for an affordable fee from Lille despite the French club winning the Ligue 1 title this season.

It was a remarkable feat, but it is very likely that the French club will lose some of their best players to bigger clubs in Europe despite qualifying for the Champions League next season.
