Premier League title contenders Liverpool are on the lookout for January reinforcements and replacement for Sadio Mane, who will out of the club for a month due to his Africa Cup of Nations commitment.
And according to Liverpool Echo, the Reds have their sights set on Spartak Moscow winger Quincy Promes.
Liverpool are believed to have already approached the dynamic Dutch international for a possible January deal and the rumours have been heated with reports from Russia confirming that Spartak Moscow have already secured a direct replacement for Promes.
Russian Premier League side have signed right-winger Aleksandr Samedov from FC Lokomotiv Moscow, whose return to his boyhood club after eleven years opens doors for Promes’ January departure.
The 24-year-old Quincy Promes is a pacey and skillful winger who has so far scored 5 goals in 13 starts for his club.
Liverpool recorded an emotional 4-3 defeat at Bournemouth at the weekend, which saw them drop to third in the Premier League standings.
