Premier League giants Liverpool are ready to make a move on AS Roma star Radja Nainggolan, Italian media oulet La Gazzetta dello Sport can reveal.
The Reds have been impressed with the midfielder’s performances this season and they see the Belgian as a perfect long-term replacement for captain Steven Gerrard.
Radja Nainggolan is currently co-owned by Roma and Cagliari, with Liverpool hoping to take advantage of the situation.
The Giallorossi are eager to buy the remaining 50 per cent, but they are only offering around €6 million, while Liverpool are reportedly ready to pay no less than €15 million for Isolani’s share in the midfielder.
Radja Nainggolan, 26, quickly developed into an important player for Roma, making 33 Serie A appearances and scoring 5 goals since joining last January.
He also managed to improve his status in the national team and started two Euro 2016 qualifiers for the Red Devils.
