Liverpool in for Hazard?

According to reports in Germany, Liverpool are interested in signing Thorgan Hazard from Borussia Monchengladbach.

The winger has been playing tremendous football for the club in Bundesliga this season, with his release clause being set at €30 million. While the Reds could easily put that kind of money forward for a deal of that nature, the big question is whether or not he is viewed as a necessity.

Even if he’s not, imagine what this would do mentally for someone like Eden Hazard – his brother – if he ends up playing against him in the Premier League. While we know that he’d likely be absolutely fine with it, it would still cause something of an intriguing dynamic between the two players.

If this deal does go through, it would likely cement the Reds as having one of the best depth charts in all of European football as they seem to possess a wide array of talent.
