Daily Mirror understands that Liverpool are readying January bid for West Bromwich starlet Saido Berahino.
With Daniel Sturridge suffering a new setback and Mario Balotelli still misfiring, the Reds appear ready to lure the Baggies hotshot to Anfield in January.
And while West Bromwich is adamant they have no plans to cash in on Berahino, it is believed they would struggle to resist a big money offer.
Saido Berahino started showing his potential last season, when he bagged 5 Premier League goals, before further raising his form this term.
The impressive run of seven goals in eleven appearances saw the 21-year-old earn his first England call-up, but he was then left on the bench for matches against Slovenia and Scotland.
A big club move appears on the cards for the highly rated forward and it is perfectly clear that Premier League giants Liverpool are in pole position at the moment.
