Spanish daily Marca understands that Liverpool are the latest club to have joined the chase for Sevilla winger Jesus Navas.
Los Rojiblancos seem to have decided to cash in on Alvaro Negredo and Jesus Navas in an attempt to improve their difficult financial situation.
Spain international winger could be the first high-profile player to leave, with a number of Europe’s top clubs showing interest in his services.
Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund are believed to be keen, but Marca reports Liverpool have joined the race as well.
The Reds aim to further reinforce the squad in the summer and they believe Jesus Navas would be an excellent addition to their attacking department, especially if Luis Suarez leaves this summer.
The 27-year-old, who has spent his entire career at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, making 273 league appearances and scoring 23 goals, recently admitted that he could leave the club in the summer transfer window.
