Spanish newspaper Marca claims that Liverpool have made an attempt to sign free agent Ivan Klasnic.
The Croatian striker has been a free agent since his contract at Bolton expired in June and he has been searching for a new club since.
Being out of contract, the 32-year-old is free to sign for a new club despite the fact that the summer transfer window is now closed.
