Liverpool are preparing an ambitious bid for Barcelona forward Cristian Tello, according to Marca.
The Reds are determined to keep the momentum going following some promising showings in the second part of the season and they are keen to further improve the quality of the squad.
Marca has now suggested that Liverpool are prepared to step up their efforts to sign Barcelona hotshot Cristian Tello.
The talented footballer only recently signed a contract extension with the Catalans, but the €10 million release clause could see him leave the club in the summer.
Tello himself, however, may not be too keen on leaving Barcelona after seriously improving is status at the club this season.
The 21-year-old has been showing a lot of promise this term and it appears he is on the verge of nailing down a regular starting berth. Tello has scored 7 goals in 19 La Liga matches this season.
