Portuguese daily newspaper Record claims that Liverpool have launched a fresh assault on Bayern Munich starlet Renato Sanches.
The Reds have secured the signature of RB Leipzig midfielder Naby Keita, but with the Senegalese set to join next summer, they are still in the market for midfield reinforcements.
According to Record, Liverpool hope to recruit Renato Sanches on a season-long loan as the Portuguese has been struggling for playing time at Allianz Arena.
The interest in the talented footballer is quite high at the moment, but Bayern Munich have yet to accept any offers.
Liverpool are quite short of options in the middle of the park and they hope the arrival of Renato Sanches will increase competition for places in midfield.
