Liverpool keeping an eye on Mbappe

According to a recent report from L’Equipe, Liverpool are continuing to monitor Kylian Mbappe’s situation at Paris Saint-Germain very closely.

The reason for this is because PSG bosses know the potential signing of Lionel Messi could cost them Mbappe with the young Frenchman being heavily tipped to make his move away from the French champions. For a while it seemed as if he’d be heading on over to Real Madrid, but now, the Reds are starting to emerge as one of the frontrunners.

Liverpool’s interest in Mbappe has been public knowledge for quite some time now, but their poor run of form in the Premier League has left many wondering whether or not they’ll even qualify for the UEFA Champions League this season.

If they don’t then it’d obviously serve as a huge blow for their prospects in the race to sign Mbappe who would easily be their biggest signing in years.
