Liverpool are interested in signing Raheem Sterling from Premier League rivals Manchester City, according to Bild. As relayed by Sport Witness, it has been reported by the German publication that Liverpool, Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona all are keen on the 26-year-old, who can play as an attacking midfielder or as a winger.
Sterling recently said that he is open to leaving defending Premier League champions City fo regular playing time. The former Liverpool player has fallen down the pecking order in manager Pep Guardiola’s side.
The England international actually left Liverpool for City back in 2015. Sterling has improved and progressed a lot as a player, and he would certainly make manager Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool team better and more potent.
