Liverpool monitoring Aston Villa talent Carney Chukwuemeka

Liverpool and Manchester United are among the clubs interested in Aston Villa youngster Carney Chukwuemeka, according to The Times. Chelsea, Manchester City, Juventus and Bayern Munich are also reported to be monitoring the development of the 17-year-old midfielder.

Chukwuemeka is a very talented and promising young attacking midfielder who is claimed to be good enough to reach the potential of Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho. The teenager has been training with the first-team squad, and it is only a matter of time before he makes his debut for Dean Smith’s side.

While it is understandable why the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea and United are keeping tabs on the teenager, it is very unlikely that Villa will be open to offers for the teenager. The Villans are a big club in England and are going places, and they know that they are attractive and appealing enough to keep hold of their best young talents.
