According to a recent report from Daily Mirror, Liverpool are not planning on selling Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain this summer.
The former Arsenal star has been linked with a move to fellow Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers in the last few days, and while it’s a move that would seemingly make a lot of sense for both clubs, it doesn’t appear as if it’s going to become a reality.
Oxlade-Chamberlain has enjoyed a successful tenure at Anfield but with so much competition for places in the starting XI, especially with Thiago Alcantara signing for the Reds.
Wolves have had an incredibly hectic summer transfer and it doesn’t appear as if they’re done yet with Nelson Semedo being heavily linked with a move to Molineux. Ox, on the other hand, is clearly determined to prove a point with the Premier League champions, but he also shouldn’t rule out the possibility of something new.
