Liverpool plan Tonali pursuit

According to a recent report from Daily Express, Liverpool have a ‘secret weapon’ to sweeten a deal that’ll see them sign Sandro Tonali.

The 22-year-old has been on the books at the San Siro for a few years now and in that time, he’s been able to make quite the first impression.

In addition to being one of the core strengths within their squad, he’s also an Italian international who seems to be getting better with each and every passing game that he plays.

The youngster knows and understands his own value and the same can be said for a parade of other European clubs, most notably Liverpool.

The Reds have had a mixed season, to put it lightly, with a major rebuilding phase expected over the course of the next few transfer windows.

Tonali, in the eyes of Jurgen Klopp, could be exactly who they need to liven things up in the middle of the park.
