Liverpool & Real Madrid battle for Mbappe

According to a recent report from L’Equipe, Liverpool and Real Madrid are both set to battle it out over the signing of Kylian Mbappe.

The Paris Saint-Germain youngster has been heavily linked with a move away from the French capital for months now, but after helping to guide the Ligue 1 champions to the UEFA Champions League final, it now appears as if he’s ready to stay for as long as it takes before he gets another big move away.

Both clubs have made their interest in him known but the Reds’ link has only really resurfaced in the last few days. It comes after the men from Anfield were able to secure the signings of Thiago Alcantara and Diogo Jota with a few more potentially being on the horizon.

Of course, landing Mbappe is going to be a completely different ballgame – and it’s going to cost either club a whole lot of money.
