Spanish sources are reporting the Premier League title chasers Liverpool are ready to go back in for Real Madrid midfielder Marco Asensio.
The Reds have apparently revived their interest in the Los Blancos out-of-favour star but will wait it out until the end of the season before they make a move, according to Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda.
Jurgen Klopp is said to be a keen admirer of Marco Asensio’s talents and is unwilling to be thrown off the track after a failed summer bid for the Spanish international.
Real Madrid refused to let Asensio leave this summer after the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo but will reconsider their stance at the end of the current campaign which is proving to be underwhelming.
The 22-year-old midfielder made 13 La Liga appearances and further 4 in the Champions League but has yet to land a regular starting spot under Santiago Solari.
Juventus are also said to be monitoring the midfielder who is likely to generate plenty of interest in the summer.
