Liverpool set to make decision on goalkeepers

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp faces a tough decision over which of his keepers to let go before the end of the month, according to the Daily Star.

Brazil international Alisson, who signed for £67m from Roma in the close season, made his debut for the Reds on Sunday and was relatively untroubled in a comfortable 4-0 win over West Ham United.

With him firmly established as Klopp’s number one both Simon Mignolet and Lorus Karius are somewhat surplus to requirements though the German manager must decide whether to sell either or both.

Besiktas have been looking at both while Napoli are also interested in Mignolet, who hasn’t featured since January while Karius’s last outing was the Champions League final defeat to Real Madrid.

After their fine win at the weekend Liverpool sit top of the table and can currently be backed at a price of 10/3 to win the league.
