Premier League giants Liverpool have completed the signing of Colombian left-back from Fortaleza CEIF, it has been revealed.
The Reds had wrapped up the deal in the January window, but they have now received the required paperwork.
Considering the talented youngster would stand no chance of receiving a work permit in England, he has joined RCD Mallorca on an 18-month loan deal.
Arroyo had impressed during a trial at the Kirkby Academy and he was eventually offered a professional contract at Anfield.
The 18-year-old has so far made 14 league appearances for Fortaleza CIF, and he will be hoping to gain some more first team experience in Spain’s second tier.
