Liverpool have completed the signing of Adam Bogdan on a free transfer from Bolton Wanderers, according to the Mail Online.
The 27 year old has spent the last eight years with the Trotters, racking up over a hundred league appearances while he also played once during a loan spell with Crewe Alexandra in 2009.
Internationally, he has nineteen caps for Hungary but was an unused substitute as his country beat Lithuania 4-0 in a friendly a week ago.
Reds’ boss Brendan Rodgers had been on the lookout for a new shot-stopper to give competition to first choice Simon Mignolet following the release of Australia international Brad Jones.
Bogdan, who kept a clean sheet at Anfield when Bolton secured a goalless draw in the fourth round of the FA Cup back in January, becomes Liverpool’s third new signing of the summer following the arrivals of James Milner and Danny Ings.
