Liverpool, Spurs keen on Llorente
Sportmediaset is reporting that Premier League giants Liverpool and Tottenham are among clubs showing interest in Juventus striker Fernando Llorente.
The Bianconeri appear ready to cash on on the Spaniard as they plan to recruit a new centre forward, with Radamel Falcao and Edinson Cavani the first names on their hit-list.
As a result, a host of Europe’s top clubs are keeping close tabs on Llorente, with Liverpool and Tottenham among his suitors.
A return to Spanish La Liga is also a realistic possibility for the former Athletic Bilbao star, as Valencia and Sevilla are believed to be keen.
Llorente, 30, has done fairly well since joining Juventus almost two years ago, scoring 21 goals in 58 Serie A appearances, but he has now lost his place in the side to Alvaro Morata.
Having made it to the Champions League quarter-finals, the Old Lady is 7/1 shot to lift the coveted trophy.
Porto bid for Brazilian starlet
Portuguese daily newspaper A Bola understands that FC Porto are hot on the trail of Santos midfielder Lucas Lima.
The Dragons are always attentive of the South American market and they seem to have unearthed a new gem.
According to A Bola, Porto have been impressed with Santos footballer Lucas Lima and they are eager to recruit him at the earliest opportunity.
The same source has suggested that the Portuguese giants have submitted a €13 million offer for the player’s services.
Lucas Lima’s rights are completely owned by Doyen Sports, and investment company which has already done a lot of business with the Dragons.
The 24-year-old largely impressed since joining Santos from Internacional, and he managed 3 goals and 4 assists in 35 league outings.
M’Vila agrees to join Dynamo Moscow
French midfielder Yann M’Vila will be joining Dynamo Moscow at the end of the season, according to L’Equipe.
The highly rated footballer was expected to sign a short-term loan with the Russian giants in the winter transfer window, but the deal could not be wrapped up before the transfer deadline on 7th March.
Nevertheless, Dynamo have since been negotiating a transfer fee with Rubin Kazan and they seem to have finally reached an agreement.
Yann M’Vila took part in his first training session with the new teammates, even if he will officially become a Dynamo player in the summer.
The 24-year-old should have no problems adapting to the new surroundings, with his compatriots Mathieu Valbuena and William Vainqueur already important parts of the squad.
M’Vila will be hoping to kick-start his career at Dynamo, having largely struggled for form since leaving Rennes in January 2013.
