Liverpool to beat West Brom to Nil 8/5 in Saturdays Premier League matchup

Competition: Premier League

Market: Liverpool to beat West Brom to Nil

Odds: 8/5 @ Bet365

Looking to finish their stellar season on a high-note, Champions League semi-finalists Liverpool will travel to the Hawthorns on Saturday afternoon.

It all has a feel of too little too late for the Baggies, while the Midlands side are coming off the back of undoubtedly their best performance of the season by leaving Old Trafford with all three points, West Brom and their caretaker manager Darren Moore will already be making plans for their spell in the Championship next season. Now nine points from Premier League safety and still rock-bottom of the table, it has been in front of goal where the baggies have struggled the most this season, now on a run of losing nine of their last 11 appearances, the Baggies also hold the worst attacking statistics in the division this year. While West Brom may have shockingly knocked Liverpool out the FA Cup earlier in the season, Moore’s side haven’t won their last nine meetings against the Reds.

As for Jurgen Klopp’s high-flying Liverpool side, the reds have enjoyed a stellar season under their German coach and along with winning three out of three against Premier League Manchester City, Liverpool have a Champions League semi-final to look forward to against Roma. Coming off the back of a 3-0 win at home to Bournemouth last time out, Premier League top scorer Mohamed Salah has 30 for the season and now has eight in his last five. Now unbeaten in their last six appearances, Liverpool have also begun to show their strengths at the back. In those six appearances, the Reds have shipped just two goals.
