Premier League outfit Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing the 21-year-old Ajax hot-shot Anwar El Ghazi, who is considered a replacement for want-away youngster Jordon Ibe.
The 20-year-old England international has fallen behind in the pecking order and is considering his options. Ibe could be allowed to leave Anfield at the end of the season in search of regular playing time and Liverpool have lined up El Ghazi as his replacement according to Mirror.
The 21-year-old Dutch winger of Moroccan descent has had a successful season for Ajax, having scored 11 times in 36 appearances.
Anwar El Ghazi joined Ajax in 2013 when he arrived from Sparta Rotterdam as a youth product of the club. El Ghazi was given his full professional debut for Dutch giants in 2014 and he has so far made 57 Eredivisie appearances with 20 goals to his name during this time.
Dutch winger is under contract at Ajax until 2019 and is reportedly valued at £10 million.
