Jurgen Klopp is keeping a close eye on the Empoli duo, the Italian outlet Tuttomercato have revealed.
Piotr Zielinski is the 21-year-old Poland midfielder, who is currently on loan at Empoli from Udinese for the second straight season and Liverpool have expressed their interest in acquiring his services in the summer.
In addition to Zielinski, Liverpool are interested in another player currently on loan at Empoli, the 21-year-old Argentina midfielder Leandro Paredes.
Paredes has made 13 Serie A appearance this season, managing one goal and one assist in the process.
The Argentine arrived to Europe in 2015 when he was transferred from Boca Juniors to AS Roma for a fee of €6 million.
He made ten appearances during his first season with Rome-based club before heading to Empoli on a season-long loan.
Liverpool have already secured the services of the Serbian midfielder Marko Grujic from Red Star, who will be coming to England at the end of the current season.
