Spanish media outlet Marca claims that Liverpool have placed a €225 million price tag on Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah.
The 25-year-old has been in outstanding form this season, bagging 28 goals in 30 Premier League matches, catching the eye of Europe’s top clubs.
With Barcelona, Real Madrid and PSG all hot on the trail of the Egypt star, Liverpool have decided to set the asking price to staggering €225 million.
In case one of the interested teams decide to match their valuation, Salah will break the current €222 million transfer record held by Neymar.
The Egyptian has been without a doubt Liverpool’s leading performer this term and no wonder the Reds are desperate to ward off heavy interest in his services.
