Liverpool are interested in signing Liam Delap from Ipswich Town in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. With Darwin Nunez almost certain to leave at the end of the season, the Premier League leaders are keen on a deal for the English younger.
Delap has been on the books of Ipswich since the summer of 2024 when he joined from Manchester City. The 22-year-old has scored 10 goals and given two assists in 31 matches in all competitions for the Tractor Boys this season.
With Ipswich almost certain to get relegated, it is going to be hard for them to keep hold of Delap. Chelsea and Manchester United are also keen on a summer deal for the youngster, who is valued at £40million by Ipswich. As for Nunez, the striker reportedly has interest from clubs in the Saudi Pro League, and it is hard to see Liverpool resist an exit if they get a massive offer.
