Liverpool were on course for a shocking defeat away to Luton Town on Sunday, when Luis Diaz, whose father remains in the hands of kidnappers, came off the bench to score a stoppage-time equalizer.
As he celebrated the goal, as well as after the final whistle, he displayed a message, demanding a release of his father. Let’s hope this story is resolved as soon as possible, and with a happy ending.
