Liverpool’s Suso agrees Milan move

Sky Sport Italia is reporting that Liverpool midfielder Suso has agreed in principle to join Serie A giants AC Milan.

The Rossoneri will attempt to agree a cut-price deal with the Reds in order to sign the Spaniard in January, or alternatively recruit him on a free transfer next summer.

Milan had been keeping close tabs on the 20-year-old for several months and they seem to have persuaded the player to move to San Siro.

Suso was widely expected to leave the Reds in the summer transfer window having returned from a successful loan spell at Almeria, but he eventually remained at Anfield.

The youngster made his only appearance of the season in the Capital One Cup win over Middlesbrough, but is now set to miss around two months of action through a groin injury.

Having finally returned to winning ways against West Brom, Liverpool have been made 4/7 favourites to defeat QPR at Loftus Road.
