Lloris set for Spurs stay

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has insisted that Hugo Lloris will not be sold, according to Talksport.

The France captain has been linked with a move away from White Hart Lane in recent months, with Real Madrid, Manchester United and even Spurs’ North London rivals Arsenal monitoring his situation, but Pochettino is adamant that he is happy where he is.

Since signing from Lyon in the summer of 2012, the 28 year old has racked up one hundred and three appearances in all competitions while internationally he has been capped sixty-five times while he was handed the captaincy by Laurent Blanc ahead of Euro 2012.

Spurs, who will play Chelsea in next month’s League Cup final, host Arsenal on Saturday lunch time, and can be backed at a price of 9/4 to get the three points that would see them leapfrog their neighbours and also move them into the top four.
