According to a recent report from Marca, a series of clubs are interested in the possibility of signing Real Betis midfielder Giovani Lo Celso. The 23 year old made his loan move from Paris Saint-Germain a permanent one last month, with the agreed fee believed to be around €22 million. His form in the last few weeks has attracted a series of top clubs, who are all willing to pay a substantial fee in order to sign him. PSG, ironically enough, are one of the interested clubs, despite recently agreeing to sell him. Real Betis are eager to keep hold of him but you’d have to imagine the increased demand will make that difficult. Alongside the French champions we have Real Madrid, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United who all want to sign Lo Celso, but as is the case with any player of this magnitude, a large fee is expected in order to seal the deal: with Spurs supposedly already tabling an offer of €60 million.
