Ruben Loftus-Cheek has stated that he’s prepared to wait for his chance to shine in the first team with Chelsea, following a strong series of appearances at the World up with England. The 22 year old has been with the Blues since the age of eight, but aside from a loan spell with Crystal Palace, he hasn’t really been able to showcase what he can do.
Some have suggested that he could be on the verge of a move away from Stamford Bridge, but he clearly still wants to make an impact with the club he’s been with since he was a boy. He’s stated that he actually feels old despite still being young in terms of the game, with a series of teenagers coming up through the ranks with the Blues.
Chelsea have won all four of their Premier League games to start off the season, as they continue to make a push for the title.
