Chelsea striker Loic Remy is growing increasingly frustrated with lack of first-team chances at Stamford Bridge and looks set to make a move away from Blues in the closing stages of the summer transfer window.
According to French publication L’Equipe, the 29-year-old forward is heading towards Crystal Palace as the Eagles missed out on Liverpool striker Christian Benteke.
Lyon are also believed to be in the running for Chelsea’s forgotten man, but Remy is believed to be keen to remain in the Premier League.
Former Marseille and QPR forward has fallen behind in the pecking order with the arrival of Michy Batshuayi and does not feature in Antonio Conte’s plans for the new season.
Batshuayi and Diego Costa were both involved in Chelsea’s 2-1 win over West Ham on Monday while Remy was not even on the bench for the Blues.
France international has made only 32 Premier League appearances for Chelsea since his arrival in 2014.
During that time he only scored eight goals.
