Los Angeles Galaxy are in a sort of a rebuild these days. Following their loss in the playoffs against the big rival Los Angeles FC, Galaxy have lost their main star. Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s contract with the club had expired and he decided to return to Europe and join AC Milan in Serie A. This has opened up a lot of money for Galaxy to spend and get reinforcements and that is what they have been doing.
Galaxy signed two players in the span of just a couple days. First it was Aleksandar Katai who joined the club following his departure from Chicago Fire, whilst the second signing is a bigger name – Emiliano Insua. Former Liverpool left-back joined Galaxy on Thursday and these two players are expected to offer a lot of quality in Major League Soccer 2020 season.
Katai did well for Chicago in the past two years and Insua is expected to bring the experience and leadership alongside with his footballing qualities.
