Lucas Digne nears PSG exit

Paris Saint-Germain full-back Lucas Digne could be leaving Parc des Princes at the end of the current campaign, according to Le Parisien.

The 21-year-old joined the Saints from Lille two years back as one of France’s most talented defenders, but he has had a very difficult start to his career in Paris.

Digne has been unable to dislodge veteran Maxwell from the starting line-up and he now plans to leave PSG in search of first team football.

The youngster is desperate to make France’s team for the Euro 2016 finals and having missed out on the latest squad, he is aware that the lack of action at club level could cost him a place in Didier Deschamps’ side.

Digne may not have to go far if he decides to leave the club seeing as Monaco see the talented footballer as an excellent replacement for Layvin Kurzawa, who is on the radar of Europe’s top sides.
