(GSM) – Brazilian striker Luis Fabiano has pledged his loyalty to Spanish Primera Division side Sevilla, despite attracting interest from several other clubs.
Recent reports linked the player to clubs as Milan and Tottenham Hotspur, but the 29-year-old seems to be happy where he is.
In an interview with Sevilla’s club radio station, Luis Fabiano explained that during the World Cup in South Africa he felt calm because he knew that he was to stay at the Spanish club.
“Much was said but none of it was true. I could not talk because I was playing for Brazil, but I have a year left on my contract at Sevilla and I am very happy. I want to continue defending Sevilla’s colors.”
