According to his agent, Romelu Lukaku’s representatives are set for talks with Chelsea regarding his future.
The talks will go down this summer with many believing he could head back to Inter Milan, the same place he left in a £97 million deal to return to Stamford Bridge.
From comments in the press to how he’s actually been playing, the Belgian just hasn’t been able to get back to grips with life in English football.
He’s still more than good enough to play at the elite level but for whatever reason, he hasn’t been proving that to the masses.
His agent saw the success he enjoyed in Italy and with Chelsea not being the force they once were, it’ll be interesting to see if he has any real inclination to stay.
Perhaps if he’s able to work his magic in the FA Cup final this weekend, the Blues may reconsider their options.
