Lundstram in high Premier League demand

According to a recent report from Sky Sports, Sheffield United star John Lundstram is at the heart of interest from four different Premier League clubs as the Blades continue to try and lock him down to a new deal.

There has been six months of negotiations up to this point, and with Lundstram failing to agree to an extension on his contract, many are wondering whether his time with the club is coming to an end.

His deal has entered its final year, with manager Chris Wilder reportedly considering a sale in order to prevent him leaving on a free in 2021.

Sheffield United’s main focus for the new campaign will be to avoid the dreaded second season syndrome, but without the distraction of European football, you’d have to fancy their chances of another top ten finish under the guidance of Wilder. Either way, though, Lundstram doesn’t seem at all settled at Bramall Lane.
