Despite his team’s failure to find the back of the net in the home leg of their UEFA Cup quarter-final tie with FC Dynamo Kyiv, striker Péguy Luyindula feels Paris Saint-Germain FC have every chance of booking a last-four berth in the Ukrainian capital on Thursday.

“We could have done better and we deserved better, but that’s how football is,” said Luyindula. “It was obviously not the best result because we wanted to win, but the essential thing was we didn’t concede an away goal which can prove so costly. We’re still very much in the tie.”

“We were able to trouble them and that’s why we remain confident,” explained Luyindula.
